Munich Airport. After Frankfurt, Munich Airport ranks second with almost 37 million passengers, followed by Berlin in third place. Munich Airport is the hub in the south of Germany. The year 2023 was very positive for the commercial airport. 37,019,291 passengers flew from or arrived here. With an increase of 17.1 percent, the airport in Munich recorded an immense increase in passenger numbers.
The district town of Erding with the world's largest thermal spa is only 9.8 km away. An additional attraction for all long-stay guests!

The project

In consultation and according to the specifications of the future tenant, the existing building will be converted into a 3 to 4 star hotel. The gross floor area for the new hotel is approx. 5,368 sqm. If desired and in line with the new operating concept, this area can be expanded to approx. 10,000 sqm; e.g. for apartments for long-stay guests, seminar rooms, etc. The inviting architecture, the layout of the rooms and the good structural condition are the ideal conditions for a new, exceptional hotel.
