The property 

The hotel for a dream holiday is perfectly located right in the center, on the edge of the modern pedestrian zone. The large spa park, the congress center and the popular Alpen-Therme Gastein can be reached by foot in just a few minutes without any climb.
The bus stop for the city and ski bus is right next to the property!

The 4-star hotel has been well established for decades and has 29 guest rooms with 49 beds and 11 extra beds. The infrastructure includes a cozy bar, a restaurant with 100 seats, seminar rooms for up to 60 people, a wellness area with saunas and a steam bath and a spa area with the world-famous Gastein thermal water.
On the top floor there is a large apartment with around 186 square meters.

Your investment 

The hotel has been run successfully for decades and has a large guest database with numerous regular guests. A smooth handover and continuation of ongoing operations is guaranteed.
The property has been continuously renovated and refurbished; all official requirements have been met.
