Sir Richard Branson is a special enterpriser, selfmade multi-millionaire and a person with special foresight. “To listen” to such a personality,the subjects success and enterprise guidance is fascinating and teaches us a lot. For me this book was not only very entertaining, but also especially instructive. I have briefly summarised in this summary the points most important for me and will integrate this into my style of leadership and life style.

Believe in your ideals and be the best

Don’t get suckered into blindly pursuing profits and growth. Stay focused on being the best at everything you do and, if you want it to, the rest will follow.
